What is a Mizozo?
All news stories have different perspectives, so to get the whole picture of a particular event different perspectives need to be presented. A Mizozo is a news story that has already been presented from numerous sides. This way the readers get all the information they need to form an opinion of the events in question. In short, a Mizozo is a news story that has both sides of the story laid out.

Do you really think news is By You and For You?
Yes! We do.

By You

If we can cut down the middlemen in supply chain of products, why not cut down the news middlemen aka the news reporters? Who is the best person to report the news - the person who actually experienced it - you! How good is Katie Couric's reporting on the recession considering her huge paycheck?

For you

Do you really think that the common man understands Alan Greenspan talking about economy's woes? Since the news is by you, it is devoid of useless jargon, complex words or abbreviations.

So, yes, we believe that real news is By You and For You! top

What is a Response Article?
A response article is what separates this site from everyone else. Rather than simply providing people with a biased news article, we allow registered users to post response articles. Sometimes they will support the original article with additional facts. However, the distinguishing factor of a response article is when they have opposing information. At times, on sensitive issues, the response may be a flaming one, grossly disagreeing with the original story.

When a response article is posted, the Mizozo begins.

Why can't I rate an article?
It looks like someone is trying to cheat ... we at Mizozo believe that before you rate an article, you should read it completely. So, unless you at least press the More link to see the full article, we assume that you haven't read it completely. top
