Step Up and Move Forward
Successful people encounter a lot of pains in life. I don't know a person in this world who hasn't encountered pains in his or her life. There are two types of pain. One type of pain is physical and the other one is internal. The latter leaves no external marks. Each of them can have a different impact and will require a degree of tolerance. Internal pain, however, is known to give the most damage.
The first type will require physical effort from a third party. It can give you physical marks and scars that heal in time. The amount of physical pain people experience differs from person to person. There are those who can tolerate it and fight back. Those who can't, just shy away from confrontations or just give up.
The internal pain is more difficult to overcome. It tortures us on a daily basis and it can even make us forget our aspirations and goals. This type of pain can do more damage to an individual rather than the physical pain.
We are exposed to internal pain all the time. We get it from the people we put our faiths on so much. The people we love have the strongest impact. Their motivation helps us achieve our goals and aspirations and when we get verbally abused by them, we get hurt deep inside and will require a lot of effort before we can move on. Even encouraging or discouraging messages that our loved ones give to us via voicemail can produce the same results as when they are relayed to us in person.
Dosages of Internal Pain
People take internal pain in various dosages. Some are just words that we can let go off so easily and there are those that are so damaging that a reminiscing moment of its past occurrence can make us vulnerable even in the present. Any amount of exposure to any type of internal pain can hinder our advancement in our plans.
Overcoming Internal Pain
We have to come up with ways to survive internal pain. When we are hurt inside, we must make it an effort to move on and continue our daily deeds. Life should not stop when we are emotionally down.
When we encounter a new heartache in our daily dealings with life, they present a new challenge that needs to be overcome. The way we conquer them makes us stronger and better. When we meet one, we should look at them in a positive manner. At the start, they'll make us feel that the entire world around us is about to end. Let's find ways to triumph over them. When we say overcome pains, it means that we don't forget them. To forget past pains is impossible to achieve. We must learn to live with pain and continue aspiring what we want in life. We must look at them as challenges that make us stop for a while and appreciate what we have already accomplished. We have to learn how to move on and continue striving for a better self and life.
Remember and Be Stronger
Every time we look back, we still see the pains that we have encountered in our lives. We can easily recall the physical pains but all that is left are old marks and scars that we can easily brag about to others. The emotional pain we met in our past we never try to open up to strangers. They are still there but in one way or the other, they have made us a better person. Let them remain in our memories because when we look back, we see how we survived those moments. We learn from them and when we encounter a similar situation, we know how to deal with them.
