Penicuik, Midlothian, Scotland Scottish couple Alan and Fiona Hay have been banned by city council of Midlothian from having sex between the hours of 10pm and 7am. The ban came after a neighborhood kid complained to his teacher about their noisy sex sessions. The interesting thing is that both Alan and Fiona Hay are disabled and because of Alan's asthma, can only have the luxury of 5 minute sex.
