Great news from the statistics front ... among teens, alcohol use is down, cigarette smoking is down ... but marijuana use is up.  Unfortunately, prescription drug use is up too, but this has more to do with the fact that prescription drugs are pushed on everyone and their mothers than anything else. Milan, Italy Milan has become the first city in Italy to enforce a ban for sale and consumption of alcohol to young teenagers under the age of 16.
