David Kernell, 22, the hacker of Sarah Palin's yahoo e-mail account (gov.palin@yahoo.com) was convicted on two of the four charges  against him. He was found guilty of obstruction of justice and unauthorized access to a computer, but was acquitted on a charge of wire fraud.
