Five years ago, Natalee Holloway disappeared in Aruba and Joran Van der Sloot was pursued as the prime suspect but since the body was never found and no evidence held ground, he was never found guilty. Joran Van der Sloot is being charged with another murder - the murder of 21-year-old Peruvian woman Stephany Flores Ramirez. Stepany's dead body was found Wednesday in a Lima, Peru, hotel room registered to Joran.
