London, England United Airlines' pilot was pulled out of a flight (UA 949) shortly before takeoff at London Heathrow Airport as one of his co-workers suspected him of being drunk. The flight was about to take off for Chicago when the 51-year old pilot was taken off, taken the breathalyzer test and arrested. Oxford, Ohio 18-Year-old James N. P. Miller, of Cincinnati (Ohio), came up with the great idea of dressing up as a breathalyzer test for Halloween. It would have been all fine and legal but he consumed a lot of alcohol and drove his car in the wrong direction on a one-way street with headlights switched-off at 2:30 am.
