La Marque, Texas Now here is an insurance scam that I can admire. A guy driving his nearly $2 Million Bugatti Veyron crashed into a lake because, as he put it, a low flying pelican caused him to swerve. Now, I don't know about you, but if I was driving a $2 Million car, or even a $2,000 car, and a Pelican got in my way ... well, I would run the bastard over.
