Washington Dc, USA Earlier Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin was confirmed as a keynote speaker for the GOP dinner (annual Senate-House Dinner) on June 8 2009. Today it was announced that she has been replaced by former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.  Palin's team informed that her duties as Alaska were keeping her from the engagement.
