TECH: "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" breaks records: 550 million in 5 days
World Activision Blizzard's "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" seems to have broken all records. It has not only broken video game launch records but also entertainment launches records.
With $550 million in 5 days, the launch has beaten largest worldwide box-office opening, held by "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," which tallied $394 million over its first five days. It also beat "The Dark Knight," which holds the U.S. box-office record with $203.8 million in first five-day sales.

ENTERTAINMENT: 'Inglourious Basterds' Captures Box-Office #1 with $37.6M
USA Quentin Tarantino's latest film, "Inglourious Basterds", took the top spot at the box office with $37.6 million debut over the weekend. The movie displaced "District 9" from the number 1 spot. The movie also became Tarantino's personal best for ticket sales during debut.

World The fourth movie of the comic book X-men franchise "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" gave a good kick-start for summer by collecting $87 million over the last 3 days. The debut made it take the number 1 spot for the weekend.

World Its funny, the MPAA has vehemently denounced piracy after the early leak of the film, Hugh Jackman expressed how 'Heartbroken' he was about said release, citing it was like a "Ferrari without a paint job".
