A few overseas sources are reporting that there is currently a coup underway in Niger. Forces – currently unidentified – are trying to forcibly remove the quasi-dictator Mamadou Tandja from power. Austin, TX Joseph Andrew Stack, 53, seem to have a big grudge with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), enough to crash his plane, Piper Cherokee PA-28, into a building housing an IRS office with nearly 200 employees in Austin, Texas. He crashed the plane at around 10am local time. He did that after setting his house on fire.
