Tim Burton's rendition of Alice In Wonderland is to hit theaters on March 5, 2010.  Being a huge fan of Tim Burton, I am very excited.  The fact that Johnny Depp is playing the Mad Hatter doesn't hurt either.  Disney has just released a new trailer for the film.  I had previously posted the Teaser Trailer for this, but this new trailer is substantially better.  Take a look at some stills and the trailer at the bottom. World Activision Blizzard's "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" seems to have broken all records. It has not only broken video game launch records but also entertainment launches records. With $550 million in 5 days, the launch has beaten largest worldwide box-office opening, held by "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," which tallied $394 million over its first five days. USA Quentin Tarantino's latest film, "Inglourious Basterds",  took the top spot at the box office with $37.6 million debut over the weekend. The movie displaced "District 9" from the number 1 spot. USA "New York, I love you" is a movie with 11 short stories running 10 minutes occuring is going to be released on October 16th 2009. It is on the same lines as Paris, je t'aime which had celebrity directors doing short stories around different places in Paris. USA In the continuing trend for sequels, the famous 1982 movie Tron is finally getting a sequel - Tron Legacy. It is scheduled to be realsed in 2010. Joseph Kosinski is directing the film, while the previous film director, Steven Lisberger, returns as a producer. Jeff Bridges will reprise his role as Kevin Flynn, while Garrett Hedlund will portray Flynn's now-adult son, Sam. World The Hangover which topped the box office last weekend for the maximum ticket sales kept the position for the second weekend as well. The movie grossed  $33.4 million in ticket sales in the second weekend. The movie also became the first R-rated movie to gross $100+ million in the first 10 days by grossing $105.4 million in the time.
