When did the western world turn into a bunch of pansies?  There are few that doubt Britain's Nanny State status, and the USA isn't lagging far behind.  While I can't speak for the rest of Europe, you can't help but hear these crazy 'nanny state' stories about most European countries as well.

The latest outrage is over an advertisement put out by one of Britain's biggest fitness centers, a spa at Cadbury House Hotel, has one of the funniest advertisements I have seen in a while with the caption:

Advanced Health Warning!
When the ALIENS come, they will eat the FATTIES first!

While I think it is hilarious, and likely 99% of the world find it at the very least amusing, a select few need to make a big deal out of this.  "I have an eating disorder, I feel oppressed"  You know what, if you don't have a sense of humor, go fuck yourself ... nobody wants to hear your crying.  I feel sorry for you, you have an eating disorder, but the fact that you have no sense of humor just makes you a dick!
