WORLD: FBI Most Wanted Lists American Terrorist for the First Time
For the first time in history, the FBI has listed an American Born Terrorist on the FBI's most wanted list. This list is riddled with names like Osama Bin Laden, Ayman Al-Zawahiri, and Adam Gadahn, all of whom have gained international notoriety. The new name on the list is Daniel Andreas San Diego, wanted in the bombings of two corporate offices in California in 2003.
Daniel Andreas San Diego is currently number 24 on the FBI's most wanted list. He is a 31 year old computer specialist, formerly from Berkley California. A detailed file on Daniel can be found on the FBI's official website here.

The FBI is offering up to $250,000 for information leading to Daniel's arrest. It is interesting to note that according to the FBI, Animal Rights Activists have been responsible for over 1800 criminal acts that totalled over $110,000,000 in damages. While these figures may be misleading, either for insurance purposes or for a number of other reasons, it is hard to ignore the severe impact Animal Rights Activists have had on the development of legitimate business.
It is important to distinguish the fact that Daniel Andreas San Diego is the first American born Terrorist on the FBI's most wanted list, not the first American on that list. There is currently another American on that list, Adam Yahiye Gadahn. Adam was raised in the USA, but has extensive Al-Qaida links.

FBI Most Wanted Lists American Terrorist for the First Time

There seems to be more to this story than Shark lets on. For starters, there is a lot of talk that this addition has more political motivation than reality motivation. Since the recent announcement of home grown terrorists being possibly military conservatives, it looks like the FBI have been looking for a way to balance the equation a little. With nothing more to go on, they decided to rank a Left wing terrorist high on their list in the hopes that this would pacify some of the Republican Right.
While this may not exactly be the case, many are pointing to this because Daniel Andreas San Diego isn't a very violent target, and there he hasn't been convicted of any wrong doing as of yet.

Nancy, I am extremely fond of animals, but as far as I know the fact that many drugs that we take are tested on animals do in fact save lives. Much of the gene therapy, for example, that is started on mice bring forth unbelievable results. What have you heard with regards to "more accurate testing methods"? I am not aware of any.
... animal testing for cosmetics, which was one of San Diego's targets, should be punishable. There is no benefit to society here at all.

There are computer imaging testing, mimic genes, petrie dish testing...and with human dna. THere is no need to test on animals. period. We are also WAY overmedicated.
