A gunman opened fire at an Orlando high rise office building killing 2 and injuring 6. Local authorities claim that the suspect is still at large and extremely dangerous.
The shooting took place at Gateway Center in downtown Orlando.
"I can confirm to you that we have multiple victims - I'm not going to give you the number, or status -- that were taken to local hospitals," said Sergeant Barbara Jones.

The shooter has been identified as Jason Rodriguez, a possible former employee at the Gateway Center. He is also suspected of still being inside the building.
No motive was yet given for the attack.

Video: Suspected Gunman surrenders!
Suspected gunman, Jason Rodriguez, was apprehended by authorities.
Asked by a reporter why he allegedly committed the crime, Rodriguez, escorted by police, said, "They left me to rot."
The suspect surrendered to authorities at his mother's house after officers looking through a window saw him there.
"He was arrested without incident," Demings said, adding the information she's received indicated that there was only one gunman.
Earlier, authorities identified the suspect as Jason Rodriguez, who formerly worked for Reynolds Smith & Hills, an architectural and engineering firm, in Gateway Center. A company spokesman said he had been let go two years ago for "performance issues."Source: CNN
